Roving Assistant Property Manager needed for 2 Small Communities

Established Property Management Company is looking for an experienced Roving Assistant Property Manager in the Denver area for 2 small properties.

Job Requirements:

Prior residential property management experience is required

Yardi experience preferred

Excellent customer service skills

Attention to detail

Ability to handle constant change

Self Starter

Ability to cover for property manager when needed

Reliable transportation- must go in between properties

Proficient in collecting rent, 3 days, SDR's, court and collections.
