Dishwasher/Prep - Part Time

Part Time - Saturday (7am-2pm) & Sunday (7am-3pm) 15 hours Total Possibly More with Experience

Report to work on time in full uniform including hair restraint, apron & non-slip shoes

Must adhere to all Serv-Safe practices

Understanding of Manual 3 bay sink dishwashing a must

Dish room duties include: rinse dishes, sort dishes, sort & organize pots n pans, clean

pot sink at end of shift, discard trash, clean walls & floors daily

Responsible for understanding & complying with MSDS standards

Must be able to lift items up to 75 pounds

Must maintain a high level of sanitation at all times

Must be willing to help with light prep & packaging of food items

Part time but could lead to full time

Experience in a commercial kitchen is a must

Reports directly to Chef & Operations Manager
