Entry Level Business Analyst role will focus on defining/refining business requirements for a project.The role requires to meet with business and technology teams and acts as a bridge between them to assimilate and dispense information in easily understood terms.
Responsibilities:- Gather information from multiple sources such as meetings, interviews, document review, and task/workflow analysis
- Evaluating current business processes, gathering requirements and uncovering areas for improvement
- Designing and developing operational and technical solutions
- Producing documentation for sharing with multiple stakeholders
- Participate in peer review of training material to ensure it meets documented processes and Data Governance standards
- Define and document business rules, field attributes, valid values, conditions and triggers, and the mapping and transformation of data.
- Acts as a liaison between business partners and technical areas.
- Bachelors/Master’s Degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Skilled in influencing and negotiations at all levels to accomplish goals
- Work independently and proactively to take initiatives in problem solving
