• Requirements:Our East Global team has a need for a resident Consultant to support Banking Client remotely for 12 months. The target start date is February 1, 2021. Team needs a highly seasoned Consultant level resource who is proactive and has strong communication and interpersonal skills. NetApp Storage Grid and OnTap experience. Storage Operations experience. Provisioning, discovery, baselining, monitoring, and perform migrations. Document and create playbooks for operating and managing the solution. StorageX experience preferred. 1. Maintains operational health and optimal performance of SGRID Object Storage platforms across multiple Data Centers 2. Monitors ongoing capacity utilization and provides input to capacity planning 3. Monitors system performance, diagnoses performances anomalies, and recommends remediation if necessary 4. Maintains data lifecycle management policies and implements engineering requirements defined by client 5. Assists provisioning object storage for new applications 6. Contributes to incident management resolution, root cause and remediation 7. Provides weekly and monthly consumption and utilization and health reports 8. Creates runbooks for the above mentioned procedures. 9. Performs release management activities (upgrades, compatibility checks, etc.) 10. Must know NetApp StorageGRID, S3.
