Job Responsibilities: Participates in the peer reviews and guides/mentors the other developers within the Reporting & Analytics Team. Assists the Team Lead in planning and scheduling of team resources, status reporting and completion of required documentation for the team.

Skills Required: OBIEE Architecture and strong knowledge of best practices in BI architectural design OBIEE 12c/OAS installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, troubleshooting and Patching under Linux environment \Hands on experience of OBIEE Administration (Managed server, Admin Server, WebLogic Configuration, Administration) and Performance tuning. Expertise in configuring LDAP, SSL Firewall and SSO (Single Sign-on using Kerberos) Experience in implementing Security Model for Dashboard, Role, Object and Row level. Expertise in configuring Interactive Dashboards with drill-drown capabilities using global and local filters Expertise in Security setup and Administration in RPD and Catalog Expertise in RPD Development (using dimensional/OLTP data sources) & Administratiz Expertise in the development of complex BI Publisher, Analysis, Data Visualization and Dashboards. Expertise in setting up Agents OBIEE Subject Area access using Smart View. Good understanding of using Repository, Presentation, Session variable and Initialization Block. Expertise in writing complex SQL, PL/SQL Experience in Java/JavaScript code, XML, HTML and XSL to customize OBIEE functionality Experience with developing and establishing development/implementation standards Experience with leading, guiding, and mentoring a team of developers in a rapid deployment environment Ability to extrapolate business requirements, practices, and procedures into design specifications Ability to design reports in a logical, user friendly, and easy to understand format Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2008/2012, Oracle 11g/12c and Oracle Exadata Committed to ensuring data accuracy and quality within reports Analyze and troubleshoot all the issues related to OBIEE/OAS environment Accountable for actions within OBIEE 12c/OAS production environments (DEV, TEST & PROD)

Required Qualification: Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and Human Resources (FSCM, HCM), Primavera/P6 Analytics, Kronos WFTK and Oracle Learning Management System (ELMS) OBIEE Certification Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 4 year Bachelor s degree with preferred concentration in IT, Data Science, or Business from a university within the United States.
