- Communicates with internal business members to provide tier 1-2 support with order, account and product inquiries.
- Utilize Service request management system to provide support and track requests for both internal and external customers.
- Build strong relationships with the users and your IT / Business Development team members
- Monitoring and maintaining the internal business applications (Prowess and ZenDesk).
- Set up / administer service accounts and application scheduled tasks.
- Creates user documentation and assist with training personnel on applications and procedures.
- Assists with developing business application policies and procedures as required
- Troubleshoot system related problems. Coordinates with relevant co-workers and/or third-party vendors regarding user support and problem resolution.
- Be able to perform excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and problem resolution, in according with Pure Romance policies and procedures.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Should possess the qualities of flexibility, versatility, and sense of humor under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively and constructively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical people alike.

- Desire and ability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Understanding of DSA and/or multi-level marketing business model; preferably genealogy, incentive, and compensation plans
- Proficiency in T-SQL highly desirable; ability to write queries and DML statements to look up and alter data.
