- Be responsible for the design and implementation of the cloud infrastructure and automation to support a cloud-based microservices architecture (data platform)
- Be part of developing a cybersecurity program as part of the infrastructure, application design
- Be responsible for developing an automated framework for security tool deployment and development
- Develop and deploy CI/CD pipelines
- Automate all infrastructure deployment as code
- Min 10 years of industry experience: DevOps experience, software engineering background
- Strong experience building secure infrastructure
- Heavy AWS experience (5+ years) - a clear understanding of AWS IAM and other AWS security products
- Extensive automation & infrastructure experience
- Experience using Kubernetes & Lambda preferred
- Experience developing and deploying CI/CD pipeline
- Extensive scripting experience (ideally Python)
- Nice to have: knowledge of HIPAA regulatory compliance; experience working in the biotechnology industry
