job summary:This role is on the creative team, which is part of the larger marketing organization who are on a mission to create beautiful, seamless and inspiring experiences for our customers. The Senior Art Director will lead projects from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with copywriters and producers to bring their ideas to life. This person should feel excited about pitching new ideas, mentoring others and be visionary when it comes to the different marketing and brand initiatives that come their way. We're passionate about helping people unlock their next chapter, and we want someone that will help us define what that looks like for the future of our company.This position works closely with the Creative Director, Associate Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Producers to imagine and produce engaging, original and on-brand solutions for our interactive media, collateral, advertising, social campaigns and unique digital experiences. location: Seattle, Washingtonjob type: Contractsalary: $49.50 - 55.50 per hourwork hours: 9am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:

Responsibilities- Conceptualize and craft beautiful brand and campaign experiences that pushes our company into the future- In collaboration with team members and partners, lead the thinking and creation of exciting new design ideas that communicate initial concepts and follow through to delivering flawless executions- Lead projects with more junior designers, as well as partner with illustrators, motion designers, photographers, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver on briefs- Active participation and leadership in design critiques and brainstorms- Mentor more junior designers, giving effective feedback, helping to guide them through projects and elevate their work- Prioritize and manage multiple projects, managing their own time efficiently and productively

Who you are- Required years of design experience at a top design studio, branding agency, advertising agency, or with a consumer brand- Passion and ability for branding and visual identity systems - understanding how to build a brand, as well as experience in on- and off-line customer communications- Someone who loves taking ideas from concept to execution, no matter the medium - from digital experiences to being on set for various types of shoots.- A fast learner that enjoys working in a dynamic environment, ready to take on exciting new challenges- Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization - from individual contributors to senior staff members- Must be a self-motivated and positive person that collaborates well with others, and enjoys being accountable to their work and the larger team- A great attitude and sense of humor goes a long way- Demonstrated experience and passion for real estate is a plus- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Fine Arts or Communication Design
