I am reaching out to you today as your profile matches an immediate job opportunity we have with our premier client Title: Maximo Admin Location: Pittsburgh, PA Mode of Interview: Skype to hire Duration: 11 month contract Remote to start, then onsite in Pgh Job Description Description: SUMMARY: Uses fundamental engineering concepts, practices, and procedures to analyze operational data/methods, identify performance improvement opportunities, and/or implement technology systems that meet business objectives related to the operation and administrative functionality of the Maximo and Predictive Maintenance systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Analyzes maintenance performance and parts data within the Maximo and PdM systems using engineering tools and software. Researches, analyzes, and effectively consolidates technical or engineering related data and information and presents for management review. Prepares, with management guidance, accurate cost justification analysis related to maintenance activities and performance based off of Maximo and PdM data. Applies project management fundamentals and concepts with management guidance. Develops progress reports, meeting minutes, and field communication memos for management review. Additional Essential Functions specific to Maximo / PdM: Serves as Maximo and PdM Administrator o user profile administration o Parts administration o Help ticket administration o functionality roll out assistance o Answer field questions o PdM program interaction o Stand up future relos and expansions o Handheld administration Ensure sustainable and current Maximo training Scrub data / decision maker for data migration and Manhattan project Maximo Report investigation and creation Maximo KPI investigation and creation Provide functionality communication and software update information to the field Identify / Drive future Maximo and PdM functionality / enhancements Continued iMaint Admin until full retirement of the system MRO administration & reporting MRO data scrubbing COE board member AdHoc data mining for downtime / misc reports Performs other duties as assigned MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical or quantitative degree (e.g. mathematics) required; in addition to Minimum Experience, high school diploma or GED and four (4) years experience in applicable technical area is accepted in lieu of degree. REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR LICENSURE: Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. SQL and database management skills Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management. Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals. Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
