job summary:Our corporate client is rapidly expanding and is looking to hire someone to support their executive suite in Deerfield, IL.This an a long-term, secure position with a company that has been incredibly succcessful over the past 12 months. If you miss working with people in-person, problem solving and being appreciated for your technical abilities, this is a great role!The ideal candidate:- Has extensive deskside support experience including; mobile devices (Apple), conference systems (Polycom & Zoom), connectivity issues (Printers, Phones, Network) and general desktop.- Is customer service oriented- Is Polite, Polished, Confident and extraordinary at troubleshootingTech stack includes: Apple products, MDM, Cisco, SCCM, Octa, Dropbox, Polycom, Zoom, Questra, Microsoft. location: DEERFIELD, Illinoisjob type: Contractsalary: $25 - 40 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:Provide Tier Three deskside support to 15-25 Executives "Senior white glove desktop support" Excellent interpersonal, people and people management skills (e.g., listening, coaching, facilitating, tact/diplomacy, employee relations, development, motivation, team building).Extremely personable 9-10 Professional etiquette, extremely polished and energetic 8-10 Design, deploy, and maintain a wide range of technologies used by the executive teamDesktop support skills 8-10 Executive support 9-10 Conference room AV supporting including SIP/PSTN, microphone, camera, and general connectivity issues. - conference room systems type Cisco, blue jeans / preferred

polycom/zoom Conference rooms systems knowledge 6-10 Imaging 7-10 Patching desktops 8-10 Patching servers 6-10 On/off boarding skills 8-10 Knowledge of VoIP and telephony SKILLS - Cisco and Polycom Desk phone/soft skills as end points 8-10 Mobile devices iPhone 8-10 Mobile devices android 6-10 Apple MacBook knowledge 8-10 Windows 10 OS 8-10 Printing troubleshooting skills 8-10 Knowledge and ability to configure from the user side Active Directory and Exchange (azure is plus) - 6-10 End user setup and support of , Okta, Box, one drive, Microsoft office suite and other end user application 7-10 Determine and communicate Root Cause Corrective Analysis plans effectively 8-10 Develop and maintain documentation such as training materials and standard operating procedures 6-10 Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN 8-10 Provides as needs arise 24 x 7 after hours technical field support This is an onsite role at our clients corporate office. qualifications:
