job summary:Client is looking for a Metro Detroit based Clinical Application IT Manager that can lead a small team, providing support to healthcare offices nationally. Candidates should be well versed in electronic health records across the enterprise, understand workflows, and know how to troubleshoot issues across a variety of applications. location: Troy, Michiganjob type: Permanentsalary: $100,000 - 115,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Manages application support team over clinical applications
- Leads, and develops Application Support team
- Supports clinical application end users
- Keeps clinical applications up to date
- Acts as technical consultant for business units to increase the efficiency of clinical applications
- Creates, updates, and maintains documentation for the clinical applications
- Creates KPIs and holds their team accountable
- Creates plan for growth, technology upgrades, and investments
- Manages vendor relationships
- Develops and implements Application Support policies and procedures
- Collaborates with executive management
- Partners with Pinnacle and Grace/Comfort leadership to solve current and future problems
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
