Sr. IT Business Analyst Long Term Contract 12 Months plus Springfield, MA s and Permanent Resident Only W2 or 1099. No Corp-to-Corp. Hexplora.com is looking for Sr. IT Business Analyst to augment existing Team at their Direct Client in Springfield, MA. Client is a HealthPlan with Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial members. Primary role is to Support internal and external stakeholders by assessing business needs, conducting business process and system analysis, interfacing with internal customers, and relevant IT resources and vendors. Also document detailed requirements, critical process maps, data flow diagrams, use cases, and process flows; participate in development and testing; assist in Root Cause Analysis of Business Improvement efforts. Support project management activities for projects and elicit work effort required from project team members. Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Must have minimum of 5 years' experience providing business analysis in a technical environment
- Must have experience in Health Care or Health Insurance Industry
- Must be conversant in healthcare related standards such as HIPAA, ACA, CMS and the related
- Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC and release management concepts
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
