The Executive Project Manager works closely with the Regional Chief Operations Officer in order to support the development of the overall direct sales and service business of the company.   • Close interaction with the Regional Sales & Service Management Team
  • Supporting the development of the overall direct sales & service business model
  • Preparation of data and presentations for internal and external meetings using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Teams environment
  • Conducting follow up and distribution of materials for internal and external meetings
  • Provide strategic analytics on business models with the goal of improving efficiency and profit
  • Understanding the sales process, P&L Statements, and managing costs
  • Developing and implementation of strategic sales and marketing projects
  • Planning, organizing, and participating at customer visits
  • Coordinate travel, submit travel expenses, and schedule appointments for COO
  • Support COO to ensure administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Industry knowledge or recent experience in machine tool environments preferred, not mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in MS Teams
  • Strong communication skills to include effective communication with varying levels of external customers and internal staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Executive Summaries, Flow Charts, Gantt Charts
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Proven flexibility with shifting priorities and ability to work under pressure and in new environments
  • Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail to meet goals and set priorities Work Environment: General office environment will be experienced. There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present possible hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.
