- 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing custom applications with ServiceNow platform- version New York or later is required.
- Experience with Glide Scripting, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, Scheduled Data Imports from SQL and JDBC sources.
- Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery
- Nice to Haves:
- Experience with two or more of ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITBM, GRC, ITOM.
- Experience developing catalogs for Service Portal is a plus.
- Experience with offline reporting solutions for ServiceNow such as Snow mirror or Perspectium is a plus.
