job summary:

• Java / JEE software development engineer with knowledge in Java Application development, Object Oriented Analysis & Design application design. Candidate should have knowledge in highly scalable production grade applications with a engineering acumen. Candidate will collaborating with multiple teams and groups, therefore the position demands positive personality with effective technical communication (verbal & written) skills. Should be able to work independently with problem solving and analytical skills. Should be able to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment.

• Candidate should be able to provide robust design & implementation, triage and troubleshoot and perform defect resolution and root cause analysis. Candidate should be able to collaborate in a fast paced environment with partnering teams.
• Candidate is also expected to have verbal & written communication and will be communicating with LOB , other technology teams and advise on design & implementations issues.

• knowledge / hands-on experience in Core Java / JEE Application Programming
• Deep knowhow with Java frameworks Spring, REST.
• Deep Technical knowledge of Java design patterns with experience in OOAD.
• fundamentals in Ntier architecture and application integration best practices.
• Awareness on cross cutting concerns logging, optimization, collections , exception handling
• Firm understaning of Data Access Patterns using web service integration and DB SQL / Hibernate integration.
• Problem Solver with communication.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Team Player , able to coach and build knowledge & trust within the team.
