- 5+ years relevant work experience.
- Desktop Windows 10/Office/ O365 / and other common desktop related software packages
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of communication - name resolution/ TCPIP/ DNS/ DHCP
- Fluent English skills.
- Customer oriented attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work processed based as part of a larger team.
- Ability to work unsupervised at times and to prioritize the assigned workload accordingly
- Ability to spot and address issues that require attention before they are raised by the user community
- A Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or equal experience.
- Ability to learn and master new technologies
- Financial industry experience a plus
- Industry certifications a plus
