- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define and document system requirements; Analyze requirements to identify impact and maximize functionality; Review and finalize requirements with internal and cross-functional teams; Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps in the current systems; Work with cross-functional team through-out the development cycle; Interact with personnel to accommodate the client requirements into theexisting functionality; Collaborate with client work group to understand the requirements, business needs and continuously groom and communicate as a connector between the client and development team; Work with other team members to identify software, tools, and processes required. Effective communication, writingand verbal abilities to work with business partners and stakeholdersQualifications Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field; Masters preferred. 5-8 years of experience is required. Strong knowledge of Healthcare related/PBM Systems; Strong business and functional analytical thinking; Abilityto take initiative in an ambiguous and fast paced environment; Thorough research and decision-making skills; Abilityto present to senior leadership and to communicate with the technical team;- Knowledge of Agile and product ownership
