Technical Competencies:- Customer communication experience
- OpenShift operations experience
- Able to troubleshoot production problems on OpenShift clusters
- Ability to provision an OpenShift cluster to replicate customer environments
- Knowledge of when an issues can only be resolved by Red Hat escalation
- Understanding of Cloud Foundry
- Experience of debugging of applications to a source code level
- Knowledge of when issues can only be resolved by working with upstream open- source projects
- Support team leadership experience
- Ability to coordinate/schedule the team
- Drive creation of reusable material such as playbooks
- Liaison with product owner to help prioritize development work to align with customer requests
- Agile / Kanban experience
