Enable the effective use of PeopleSoft and other mission essential applications to deliver efficient business processes, management information and analysis, and maximize functionality.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of global HR operational functions and business needs for all HR processes within our WFD. Collaborate efficiently with IT, HR centers of excellence, and HR Shared Services regarding the upgrade and development of HR systems. Create, implement and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and metrics.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of global clinical outcomes data, and present data in meaningful ways to a variety of audiences at the campus, division and corporate venues.Work with the HR team to develop key HR metrics and analyses to support accountability, transparency, and facilitate discussion of business process improvements and recommend related initiatives.Provide leadership to the attainment of key HR Goals in division such as Turnover Reduction and Improvement of Talent Acquisition performance and management. Plays a pivotal role in the development and execution of division Turnover reduction and Talent Acquisition performance improvement plans. Lead monitoring, measuring, and reporting of metrics and progress.Maintain alignment of HR informatics efforts with the goals and objectives of HR leaders to implement global working practices and internal procedures/practices that support the HR strategy.Lead and support projects by developing and implementing a flexible change management methodology/ framework for the delivery of projects, working closely with Shared Services, HRIS and IT for integration into the existing change management processManage and build relationships with external vendors and third-party suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies and ensure that service level agreements are established and met for HR and clinical operations at the division level.Develop and forge relationships with business services departments to understand and deliver source of record for HR data while ensuring the efficiency of all HR related interfaced applications such as for time management, Payroll, AdventHealth Learning, and Clinical Education.In collaboration with the organizational development and facility leadership, identify and assess organizational training/ development opportunities. Play a lead role in the launch and deployment of leadership development programs, tools and processes. Deliver supervisory skills content training.Working in tandem with organizational development and HRBPs, review evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments. Identify/incorporate lessons learned and best practices into program plans. Serve as education liaison to internal and external customers including professional organizations, and the business and educational community.Play a role in the development of learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans. Leverage Learning Management System (LMS) to communicate programs and ensure participation. The essential function of this role includes scope identification, data analytics, recommendation, prioritizing and coordinating a variety of key strategies and deliverables from conception to execution to ensure timely and effective achievement of division goals which support the overarching People Systems and Patient Outcomes goals of AdventHealth. Deliverables of the role include translating the HR and clinical outcomes strategies into key initiatives and operational changes and developing new competency for integrating newly acquired facilities and codifying the approach with an HR Integration Playbook. Establish and execute strong project management disciplines in support of the HR delivery model transformation priorities; patient outcomes priorities; and support to SEO Acute Care priorities.Consistently remains abreast of and maintains relevant business intelligence that enables assigned executives to achieve departmental and organizational goals and objectives. Serves as a reporting point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and coordinates with subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, report writing and analysis of data for process improvement opportunities. Leverages project management skills in managing a myriad of project assignments/initiatives. This position also provides executive level operational support to assigned Executives and departments within the West Florida Division (WFD) - specifically the Senior Executive Officer of Patient Outcomes and the Vice President of Human Resources. Interacts with all levels of leadership across the organization to ensure that critical information is being properly and promptly disseminated as assigned.
