Contacts patients who do not respond to mailings. Schedules examination appointments for study participants. Conducts structured telephone or in-person interviews with study participants. Reviews questionnaires for completeness and accuracy; checks for inconsistencies; and codes open-ended questions. Prepares, mails, and processes questionnaires. Assists in tracing study participants. Prepares data for electronic processing. Keeps accurate records and files.

Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Familiarity with editing/coding questionnaires preferred.
Previous renal/cardiovascular/public health research experience
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
Must be able to work successfully with a wide variety of project staff and research participants
Must be dependable and able to follow detailed protocols precisely
Exhibit a professional manner with a high degree of courtesy, tact, and sensitivity
Work well independently as well as part of a larger multi-disciplinary research team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
