null In this role, you have the opportunity toProvide strategic Human Resource (HR) advice, improving the quality of business decisions while driving business value. You will shape the business transformation while building organizational capability, leadership strength, and performance culture. Additionally, you will provide strategic HR advice within the business context of medium to high complexity, dynamics and impact on the value chain.You are responsible forCrafting and implementing the People Strategy

Using diagnostics skills, intuition for business and customer relations to identify, articulate and deliver value proposition at the senior management level

Partner with, advise and influence the business on HR needs to enable delivery of business targets

Coordinate capability development and workforce planning

Drive the people elements of transformation and change

Lead culture and organizational change and support the transformation across the company to become in line with PBS

Collaborate with the CoEs and act as an effective steward of the HR Operating Model

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceMaster’s degree, or equivalent, ideally in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, counseling or business).

10+ years of proven experience in operational HR matters within a sophisticated and dynamic business context characterized by different cultures, management styles, Systems, and procedures.

Strong discernment for business (broad understanding of business aspects, critical capabilities, can translate needs of the business into clear HR deliverables)

Strategic Talent Management with proven success building a strong talent bench and great teams

People Insights and EQ (Communication Skills, Contracting skills, ability to emotionally connect; to deal with conflict, ability to push back when needed, mentor and give direct feedback as well as building bridges)

Change Management, Cultural and Organizational transformation (ability to inspire change in a sophisticated environment;

Problem solving capabilities and experience with data analytics;

Conceptual skills and IQ (consultancy skills ; project management; ability to build a clear HR strategy and a structured plan)

Track record of setting and executing an impactful HR strategy
