nullEOI Technical ConsultantFunction: Services and Solution DeliveryIn this role, you have the opportunity to :Work directly with customers and Philips in-market resources to design and perform successful solution and services delivery leveraging Philips Enterprise Operational Informatics (EOI) PerformanceBridge technologies.The Philips PerformanceBridge solution includes state of the art analytics technologies that help clinical customers improve the quality and efficiency of their operations while reducing operating costs.You are responsible for:Implementation of PerformanceBridge analytics platform and applications in highly complex customer environments.

Contribution to training materials and ongoing training of market resources throughout the world in markets where PerformanceBridge is officially launched.

Providing important feedback from customer implementation experiences to R&D and product marketing leadership teams to recommend technology solutions that reduce implementation time and improve customer experience.

Fulfilling software implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, andtesting.

Providing technical support to sales teams as needed to facilitate optimal solution design

Providing direct Level 3 engineering support to Philips North America and global markets.

Execute activities as described in the Philips Excellence ProcessFramework

Drives continuous improvements of our implementation methodologyand service offerings based on customerfeedback

Requires regular travel in the field with global customers (as much as 30% travel, including internationally).

The EOI team has a strong culture of customer advocacy, technical excellence, and industry thought leaders to create and implement state-of-the-art technologies that drive our customers' transformational change.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :Experience with object-oriented programming and data manipulation (Python and/or Ruby required)

Experience with health care industry-specific information technologies including HL-7, DICOM image, and file transfer formats is preferred.

Experience with implementation and support of Linux operating systems, including systems administration and scripting experience. Linux System Administration certification or equivalent is required.

Experience providing world-class service delivery in always-on, high availability system delivery environments.

Attention to detail and a strong eye for quality.

Experience functioning as part of a high-performance team.

Focus on Implementation:

Familiar with the Radiology Workflow

§Understanding of basic scheduled workflow§Applicable HL7 transactions§DICOMExcellent customer service and support skills.

Experience in data science or data quality analysis working with both clinical and operational end user input.

Focus on Support:

Focused listening skills to understand nature of customer problem.

Familiarity with PerformanceBridge application help manuals.

Ability to help customers resolve problems leveraging available materials.

Understanding of Philips ticketing systems (OneEMS, ServiceMax).
