Administrative - Bookkeeper - Tax Preparer
Permanent Part-time Employment. This position could be full-time through April 15 and could easily grow to full time if desired.
We WILL TRAIN the right person.
Coordination of timely workflow-Understand, maintain/monitor the status of the firm’s work flow.
Tax return support-Facilitate pre and post- tax preparation administration services including the processing of tax organizers and the input of all client tax data.
Maintaining client’s general ledgers and report generation. Candidate will import transactions, reconcile cash and credit card accounts. Analyze and adjust general ledger accounts as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Administrative and bookkeeping experience required.
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. A basic understanding of QuickBooks.
Tax Preparation knowledge a big plus.
Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
Must be highly organized and pay strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
Job Type: permanent position with flexible hours.
