Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Financial Planning Associates in Milwaukee, WI. These Financial Planning Associate jobs are long-term temporary. Pay rates start at $18.00/hr with room for advancement based on performance!Financial Planning Associate will be part of a team responsible for researching and generating comprehensive financial plans, risk and investment proposals, and paperwork for financial representatives and advisors. These positions involve pulling data from multiple sources, entering information into various systems, generating electronic documents properly and timely, and processing the documents according to policy.Benefits for Financial Planning Associate jobs include but are not limited to:Pay rates starting at $18.00/hr, plus overtime as needed!

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Financial Planning Associate jobs:

High degree of self-motivation and a professional, driven work style. Must be comfortable taking initiative while working as part of a team and essentially achieving team, department and company goals.

Strong ability and desire to learn new technology and processes quickly and efficiently; aptitude to apply them to the job

Experience in the financial/insurance industry; MUST have basic knowledge of financial terms and financial-based acumen

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to absorb complex information to apply to daily tasks; confidence to make firm decisions

Strong organizational, analytical and interpretation skills

Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills; coach-ability and self-driven attitude

Solid experience with Microsoft Office and efficient data entry skills

Must be comfortable performing in a fast-paced work environment with a high-volume workload demanding multi-tasking abilities

Bachelor's degree preferred (Financial or Business focus) or 4 years' professional experience in the financial services arena
