The job:
- Collect Rent (First 5 Days of Every Month MUST BE ON-SITE)
- Enforce Strict Private Property Policy Tenants Only Allowed on Premises
- Maintain Building in Clean Condition (Trash / Litter pick-up) (No Landscaping)
- Maintain Clean Laundry Room
- Schedule Maintenance Between Vendors and Tenants
- Post Notices / Correspond with Tenants
- Regularly Report to Main Office
- Enforce Community Rules/Regulations
- Be Present in Unit Inspections
You should be able to:
- Speak & Write English.
- Be Familiar With Managing Rental Properties
- Be Honest
- Do Organized Work
- Work Competently & Independently
A+ if:
- Fluent Bilingual (English / Spanish)
We require:
- A Working Smartphone and Current ID
- Must Live On-Site Property Upon Approval
Hours:
Should Be 20 Hours per Week, With Most of the Work Being Done the First Week of Every Month.
Compensation:
- $575 Concession Rent 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Downstairs Unit
- Manager Must Pay Electric For Their Concession Apartment
