Schneider's Motorsports and Marine is looking for a dedicated individual with strong interpersonal skills to be a part of our service team. A Service Advisor is responsible for building strong customer relationship and selling the technicians’ time. They greet and consult customers on service needs, perform a thorough boat walk around inspection as part of the write-up, keep customers updated on services, field all live service calls, and take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an impressionable experience with the customer.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
2 years related customer service experience (preferred)
Ability to understand as well as grasp basic customer information
Ability to handle challenging customer situations with poise and professionalism
Effective communications skills (oral and written)
