REQ#: RQ74608Travel Required: Less than 10% Public Trust: SSBI (T5) Requisition Type: Regular The Operations Compliance SPT Technician provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will collaborate with Army organizations to ensure cybersecurity enforcement actions are taken based on vulnerabilities, impact, threat immediacy, organization mission requirements, and the organization's ability to mitigate vulnerability and impacts to their networks and information systems in a timely manner. The Operations Compliance SPT Technician coordinates with organizations to ensure they are informed of suspense timelines through briefings, or other communications; gathers compliance information from organizations; and provides reports to the Cyber OPS and Endpoint Security teams for dissemination. We are looking to hire a full-time Operations Compliance SPT Technician to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

  • In depth knowledge of DOD and Army Cybersecurity Policy and Governance
  • Understanding of Army Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and Orders Process
  • Experience in all aspects of network and systems security and compliance
  • Excellent technical writing, critical thinking/analytical, oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Visio
Education
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
Qualifications/Certifications
  • DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAT II
  • Computing Environment Certification
  • Clearance: Top Secret is required at time of hire, but must be able to obtain an SCI
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in information technology field
