- Bilingual English/ Spanish
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Multi-tasking and Problem-solving skills
- One 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
- Must be very detailed, organized and a self-starter with good time management skill
- Must adhere to company’s policies and procedures
- Comfortable being first point of contact for clients
