Accounting Part time

Fixed Asset/ Inventory Administrator for inventory entry and basic accounting functions.

West Chester, PA based – 3 to- 5 1/2-days per week 8:30am – 12:30pm.

Detail oriented individual who is familiar with Microsoft Office. Accounting software a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Duties include: Maintain accurate Equipment and Parts Inventory at warehouse and location levels.

Create Bills of Material for Equipment.

Enter receiving transactions.

Interact with various departments and resolve issues.

Other duties as assigned.

Must live within 30 minutes of West Chester, PA and pass a background check.
