OPC Sales Agent (Maui)

Boss Frog’s is seeking for highly-motivated sales people for our Maui locations. We have 10 locations on west and Kihei area of Maui renting everything you think of for the beach, booking island activities and external marketing for an island resort.

Essential Job Functions:

Proficient in AL-Desk (Activity Link) computer application

Selling and scheduling Vacation Ownership Tours with local resorts

Renting beach equipment (snorkel gear, surf boards, chairs, etc.)

Selling/booking tourist activities

Strong candidates possess the following attributes:

Thorough knowledge of the Island of Maui, with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island is essential

1 year experience selling activities, booking tours/activities

6 months experience in the retail and/or timeshare industry

Minimum 6 months living on island

Strong ability to sell and book activities, services and goods, and fit customers with gear

Ability to operate in a fast paced retail environment, multi-task and balance priorities

Strong, professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills, at work, via e-mail, and by phone

High school Diploma or equivalent

Al-Desk proficiency; computer proficiency with the ability to learn

Project a professional company image and attitude

Fluency in English (speak, read, write)
