Staff Accountant/Payroll Officer-Accounting & Tax Specialists

We are in search for an additional payroll officer in our growing firm! We assist companies all over the Helena area and Montana with their tax and payroll needs. Preferably the applicant would be proficient in Quickbooks and has obtained Pro Advisor status or can achieve this immediately.

Other qualifications include:

-Proficient in Word & Excel

-Bookkeeping with general journal entry experience & reconciling bank statements

-Able to analyze financial reports

-A/R and A/P experience

This position would be responsible for:

-Processing payroll for multiple companies

-Payroll tax deposits

-Quarterly & Year end reports

-Other duties as assigned
