Job TitleForklift Driver LTO II Part-Time 2nd & 3rd shift Rincon areaPosition OverviewShaw Industries, a Berkshire Hathaway company, and largest flooring distributor in country, is hiring forklift operators. 4 hour shifts include 4pm-8pm, 8pm-12pm, 12pm-4am OR 4am-8am. Set schedules.The primary focus of this position will be to transport merchandise from trailers to storage locations and from storage areas to trailers for shipping. Additional duties include:Receiving a pull task with information on the hard surface material to be pulled and retrieving the correct material with a lift truck.Transporting a pallet by forklift to and from location.Complete paperwork as required.Wrap and band hard surface materials prepared on pallets.Prepare and package miscellaneous items in boxes for shipment.Other ad hoc duties as requiredRequirements:Warehouse/Distribution experience a plusAbility to lift up to 50lbs repetitively requiredMandatory usage of proper PPE at all timesWork Shift8 hour, evening shiftShaw is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
