job summary:We are looking for a client integrations support specialist for a permanent position with one of our premier clients in San Antonio Texas. The individual will provide customer service support to clients. Identifies issues and responds in a comprehensive and timely manner.-1-2 years of claims experience required-Customer service experience required-Helpdesk experience is a plus location: San Antonio, Texasjob type: Permanentsalary: $40,000 - 60,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: High School responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally respond to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and provide resolution to client issues
  • Logging and prioritizing issues
  • Schedule meetings/follow up with implementation team and client
  • May visit client site to assist with implementation or emergencies
  • Train clients on system and address any issues

Skills and Requirments
  • Property Desk Adjuster experience (1-2 years)
  • Proficient with Windows O/S environment and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor/excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication; active listening skills
  • Excellent written communication and documenting skills
  • Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback from leadership
  • Ability to problem-solve efficiently and adapt quickly to changes
  • Comfortable in multi-tasking and high-energy environment
  • strong organizational, communication, and follow up skills are a MUST
  • Must be accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Helpdesk experience is a plus
qualifications:
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Education: High School
skills:
  • Desktop Support (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Customer Relationship
  • Claims (1 year of experience is required)
