Part Time to Full Time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant (Meridian)
We need a part-time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant for an Accounting/Tax Company located in Meridian, Idaho. The initial employment is for 2 to 4 days (15 to 25 hours) a week, but could grow into four days(30 to 35 hours) a week with the right person. We offer flexible hours & perfect for the professional looking for extra income with flexible schedule(s).
This position requires applicant to have 3 to 5 or more years of experiences in QuickBooks, Bookkeeping, Excel, Word, Faxing and client support.
Applicant will input, updates & file variety of small business invoices, reports, payments, & payroll within QuickBooks. You will process/copy/scan Client taxes & office bookkeeping/filing support. Must be knowledgeable in business reporting, Admin Assistance for Business and tax Clients.
