COVID Operations Resulting Team LPN

Job Summary:Under broad supervision, reviews and interprets medical records and documentation as it related to COVID response. May be required to answer clinical questions, provide patient results, answer questions related to COVID illness, and provide guidance and education on disease control measures. May be asked to support District COVID vaccine response operations. Will be required to complete all COVID related nursing trainings. Duties include conducting patient/facility interviews, managing complex Epidemiologic investigations with assistance, data entry, record review, answering client questions and providing disease control guidance. Duties may also include assisting with SPOC and/or vaccination operations.Additional duties as needed.Job requirements:Must be willing to work onsite and willing to support outdoor operations as needed. Operational hours may include Monday-Sunday 7:00am-8:00pmTemporary COVID Response position.
