COVID Operations Epidemiology Support: Health Care Support Worker

Job Summary:Under broad supervision, assists Epidemiology team in all aspects for COVID response. May be required to provide patient results, communicate with clinical partners and answer questions related to COVID illness, provide guidance and education on disease control measures. Duties may include: conducting patient/facility interviews, assisting with Epidemiologic investigations, data entry, record review, answering client questions and providing disease control guidance. Duties may also include assisting with SPOC and/or vaccination operations.Additional duties as needed.Job requirements:Must be willing to work onsite and willing to support outdoor operations as needed. Operational hours may include Monday-Sunday 7:00am-8:00pmTemporary COVID Response position.
