CertaPro Painters of Nashua NH and Westford MA services the greater Nashua area in NH and the greater Chelmsford area of MA. We have been around for over 25years and are the leader in customer service and quality in these areas.

Overview:

-Fulfill the obligations of the essential functions of Residential Sales and Business Development.

-Service all prospective customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life.

-Ensure that all field marketing programs are being executed.

Responsibilities:

-Estimate painting projects

-Diligent follow ups to ensure appropriate expectations are set for and from the customer

-Take pictures of difficult production situations and/or customer service concerns during the estimate.

-Participation in Regional or National On-Going Training Conferences/ Meetings.

-Update customer profiles, job profiles and proposals daily.

-Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting and Review with Supervisor.

Qualifications:

-2-year degree in related field (preferred)

-Driver’s License with fairly clean driving record

-Sales experience with a history of accomplishments and promotions

-Great time management skills

-Working knowledge of interior and exterior paint coatings, carpentry, drywall, and other construction (preferred)

-Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

-Goal oriented, organized and energetic
