We are seeking a positive, professional, and energetic person to join our firm in the Administration department as an Administrative Assistant, with opportunity for advancement.
Preferred knowledge of Time Matters, Excel and Quickbooks wanted. Will train right person and competitive salary will be determined based on experience. Bilingual preferred but is not necessary.
Duties will include but are not limited to: organizing files, drafting letters; filing; case correspondence; light receptionist duties; basic accounting; data entry; trust disbursements; office supply ordering; and work with various spreadsheets.
Position offers 20-25 hours per week, preferably 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm shifts, with an opportunity for full-time employment in the future.
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum (3) years experience in a law firm
Flexibility
Organizational skills
Basic Computer Knowledge
Ability to Accurately Process a Variety of Tasks
