Hilo Hattie, The Store of Hawai'i needs a Fulltime Assistant Store Manager at our Whalers Village store in Lahaina
SUMMARY of Position:
The Assistant Manager Works as a team with the Store Manager to pursue the achievement of the stores sales and profit goals through management, direction and working closely with the store staff. Performs the position duties and responsibilities in accordance with the company's Statement of Values.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Two to four years of retail management experience.
Proven sales ability required
LANGUAGE SKILLS
High level of verbal communication skills.
Ability to read and understand various documents.
Effective presentation and training skills with large or small groups.
Ability to convey the "Aloha" spirit in interactions with customers, employees, and vendors.
