POSDATA Group, Inc. is a long-established leading distributor of payment technologies and related services including configuration, key injection, installation, and support. We currently have an opportunity for a Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Associate at our Louisville, KY facility.

As a Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Associate, your duties will include:

Ship and receive materials

Move materials in a safe and proper manner, using forklift, pallet jack or hand cart, if necessary

Issue materials from stock

Perform daily cycle counts

Process and manage RTV inventory

Maintain accurate inventory counts

Enter shipping, receiving, inventory, and pricing information into ERP system

Communicate via email, phone, or in-person

Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

High School diploma

Two years of experience in shipping, receiving, or stockroom environment

Regular, reliable attendance; punctual

Basic computer and spreadsheet skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Attention to detail

Ability to perform simple math and number matching

Ability to stand, lift, and bend frequently to continually throughout an eight-hour shift

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a routine/repetitive basis

Flexibility to work overtime
