Coweta Judicial Circuit- Assistant Public Defender IThe Coweta Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office is seeking to hire an Assistant Public Defender I. The primary responsibilities include representing indigent individuals with criminal cases in the Superior Court of Coweta County. Applicants must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the position's essential duties and responsibilities. Applicants must be a current member in good standings with the State Bar of Georgia. Emphasis will be placed upon the candidates’ demonstrated commitment to indigent defense. Preference will be given to candidates who have two or more years of criminal defense experience.
