Application Support Analyst

Immediate 6 month+ contract opportunity for an Application Support Analyst with previous mortgage industry experience. Analyst will be responsible for resolving end user issues regarding various software applications including Encompass loan origination system. Analyst must have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as specific technical support encompassing hardware, software and networking within established SLA by providing remote support and act as liaison between users and vendor support teams to resolve end user issues. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with Encompass 360 Banker's Edition and have in-depth knowledge in processing, loan origination and compliance.
