Full Charge Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant (Denver)
Well established construction company in Denver is seeking a full time qualified bookkeeper / executive assistant.
Duties to include:
Manage & Maintain the Following:
Accounts Payable & Receivables via Quickbooks software
Manage Vendor Invoices
Manage Client Receivables
Human Resources for all employees
Assist in OSHA Safety Protocols
In House Payroll via Quickbooks
Worker’s Comp, Liability, Auto, OCIP Insurance, Certificates of Insurance and related documentation
Daily Office Operations
Executive Assistant to the Owner
Manage Personal Payables and Ledgers
Maintain Various Property Ledgers
CDOT & Fleet Management of Vehicles and Equipment
Contractor Licenses Management
Qualifications:
Proficient in Quickbooks, MS Office Suite
Professional letter writing, typing (35-40+ WPM), communication, and attention to detail
Minimum 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Proficient in producing monthly pay applications for ongoing projects
Must be able to work in a professional manner with all team members
Must have a valid driver license and means of transportation
