Job Description

Optiv’s Digital Access Management (Privileged Access Management) Practiceis seeking a highly-motivated, experienced, technical individualto join the BeyondTrust team. As a member of the BeyondTrust Center of Excellence, you maybe responsible for the following:

  • Provide all manner of PAM solution services including architecture, deployment, installation, configuration, and product training for both remote and onsite engagements.
  • Design and architect a best-fit solution to meet the customer’s business goals by gaining an understanding of customer’s networking environment, and information and security systems.
  • Manage customer communication and set customer expectations while adhering to the scope of work.
  • Generate technical documentation for customer deployments and internal documentation to expand the solution practice.
  • Assist pre-sales and project management with technical questions and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Client-related travel is being addressed on a 1:1 basis and/or services are being delivered remotely during theCOVID-19 period. Travel may be required once the pandemic has eased / passed.
  • Minimum of four years of experience delivering technology security solutions.
  • Minimum of two years of experience with Privileged Access Management Solutions including experience with BeyondTrust.
  • Experience with one or more of BeyondTrust’s Solutions - BeyondInsight, PowerBroker Password Safe (PBPS), PowerBroker Unix/Linux (PBUL), PowerBroker Windows (PBW), orPowerBroker Mac (PBM). Level 3 certification in one or all would be a definite plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions is a must.
  • Experience with the creation, development, and review of technical documentation required.
  • 5 yearsor more experience in enterprise IT administration and/or security.
  • Proficient administrative knowledge of Windows and Unix-based Operating Systems for both servers and workstations.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization\Cloud suites such as VMware ESX, Azure, and AWS.
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, routers, switches, proxy servers, and firewall protocol ports.
  • Strong dedication to team and customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to clearly communicate complex technical details with the customers, sales team, and project management both in-person and remotely.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and communicate technical requirements in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree, technical training or experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Privileged Password/Session Management, Password Vaulting, Vulnerability Assessment, and Asset Discovery would be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Database and Windows Certificate Authority would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of running Vulnerability Assessment scans in large enterprise environments and generating analytics and reporting would be a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance standards including PCI, SOX, HIPAA, GLBA , and ISO is a plus.
  • Experience with Application Programming Interface (API) scripting is a plus.
