Marketing Operations Consultant (Remote)

Required Skills: 10+years collective experience in marketing, marketing operations, agile and JIRA admin Knowledge of Agile principles, mindset and ceremonies (e.g. Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework). Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across marketing. Ability to collaborate and manage diverse groups of stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem solving and process implementation skills. Understanding of project management fundamentals to ensure requirements are identified and resources aligned. Experience as a JIRA Administrator in the past where one has customized JIRA projects with various schemas. Proficient in Project Setups, Components, JIRA Reporting, Report Filters and Dashboard creation. Light change management skills with a mindset for empathy and strong listening skills. Customer and value centric minded.
