Collision Estimator

We are looking for a full time Collison Estimator for one of our Auto Body shops. Our company has nine locations throughout Texas and Arizona, with plans to expand to additional locations in both states. We are seeking candidates who are diligent, motivated, energetic, have a positive attitude and enjoy working with customers.

Job Duties Include:

- Responsible for estimating and selling collision repair and paint services

- Develop detailed estimates of the cost of services and explain the estimates to customers

- Customer interaction / service, both over the phone and in-person

- Scheduling customer appointments

- Develop and cultivate relationships with local customer accounts

Background / Experience:

- Prior experience in the Auto Body industry strongly preferred

- Prior experience in customer service / sales roles
