Maintains human resources records and HRIS systems by recording in accordance with legal requirements and company policy

Assist with ongoing compliance projects as state laws are revised to include policy updates, employee notifications, and updating system training documentation

Ensure COVID specific requirements are audited to include (California COVID requirements, Safe Work Plan, and Risk Assessments)

Assist Regional Human Resources team as needed

Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 1 years Human Resources experience

Knowledge of HR practices and familiarity of basic employment laws and compliance issues

Must be detail oriented, have excellent communication and customer service skills with proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Office

Must possess strong planning, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as a team leader

Previous HRIS experience preferred
