Job Description:Provides on-going phone remote support for computer hardware problems, software issues and connectivity issuesParticipates in technology projects and implementationCompletes administrative tasks such as hardware inventory, shipping, testing and minor break/fix of hardware Responsible for managing the Help Desk ticketing system, and generating reportsMonitors the Executive Service Desk Phone Queue and resolves Executive issues.Responsible for updating company directory information in IT systems (Phone/Email )Works independently or as a team member on new applications, processes or projectsProvide the best possible support for customers to reduce end user downtimeParticipate in monthly and quarterly user access reviews. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociates degree with additional one year of experience in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience preferredA+ Certification / Fluent in Microsoft Office suitsAbility to analyze and document system requirements of all departments within the company. Training skills to educate and encourage users of systems in the acceptance and promotion of system useAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone.
