Dorn Homes, voted one of the best places to work in Prescott, is looking for an Online Home Advisor (Sales). As part of the Online Home Advisor team, you will be responsible for prompt and friendly follow up with all inbound online leads. You will work with each individual and guide them along their search for a brand-new home. You will provide an exceptional experience as you work towards your goal of scheduling an appointment for qualified individuals to tour our award-winning homes and communities.

A typical schedule for an Online Home Advisor is designed to provide an exceptional experience for our prospective customers. Our goal is to reply to all inbound leads within 5 minutes. Your personal schedule could be 5 days “on,” and 2 days “off.” At least one of your “on” days would fall on the weekend. During a typical “on” day, you would have a 5-hour block when you are responsible for promptly replying to inbound leads. The rest of the day is spent on other team, sales, and administrative responsibilities. This is a fully commission-based role.

Dorn Homes’ Online Home Advisor program was launched over 5 years ago, and you will be joining a team with the experience and tools to help you be successful.

Must Haves:

You are friendly and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to everyone you interact with.

You have experience working in a CRM program, in a sales role.

You are organized and comfortable working with a large volume of inbound leads.

You seek to build relationships with and focus on educating individuals as they search for a brand-new home.

You are willing to go the extra mile to help a fellow team member, a homeowner, or someone during their search for a new home.

You are comfortable using varied technology tools to assist you in achieving your goal.

You are self-motivated and work well with minimal direction on your day to day.

You are competitive with yourself and are always looking to grow and learn professionally.

You have a valid Arizona Real Estate License.

Nice to Haves:

You have experience working with HubSpot.

You have experience working with Live Chat Tools.

You have experience working as an Online Sales Rep.

We are willing to train the right person.

The Online Home Advisor is a full-time or part-time position, and can be done from a home office or our main office in Prescott, AZ.
