Caegis (pronounced see-jis) Solutions is a managed service provider, and has an opportunity for an individual with experience working in a call center environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making calls/emails, follow up, and general account maintenance. This will start as an inside sales position, with possibility to move to an outside sales role. We offer a comfortable work environment, and truly believe in fostering learning, development and growth. Expected to make 70 - 80+ calls per day, candidate must be self motivated, able to focus and work well under direction, or independently as needed. After an initial training period, while COVID is ongoing, candidate may work from home (as long as you have an internet connection).

This is a commission base position, but we are offering a small base, to help on the front end. For the right candidate, we will consider higher salary requirements. However, the hourly is not where you should expect to make most of your money. We offer a substantial percentage of the business you bring in.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

Generating 70 - 80+ outbound calls per day, with corresponding emails.

Client management.

Customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

-1+ year experience in a call center environment.

-Communication: Clear verbal and written English skills.

-Must be able to pass background check.

-Demonstrated history of success in sales.

-Has focus and self drive to make 70+ calls a day.

Preferences:

-Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

-1+ year experience in B2B development.

-1+ year IT industry experience.

-1+ year experience moving or logistics.

-Demonstrated history of success in B2B development.

We also have part time needs in brand management, marketing/social presence, and web design. Preference given to anyone with related background or experience.
